Hanging gutters offer reliable performance and are available in a wide variety of materials. However, due to their exposed position, they may require more frequent maintenance to prevent clogging from leaves and debris ;


  • Creeping gutters are integrated into the roof’s structure, fixed to the rafters with hooks. They are generally reserved for buildings with steeply pitched roofs. Their design makes them more discreet and often more resistant to weathering. However, their installation is more complex and they may not be suitable for all architectural styles.


The material

Each material presents distinct characteristics : zinc is known for its durability and patina over time when aluminium offers lightweight, corrosion-resistant performance, and while PVC stands out for its affordability and ease of installation. Galvanized steel brings strength and resilience.


The shapes

Gutters and chains are available in a variety of shapes: half-round, square or custom-designed. This criteria impacts water flow, ease of maintenance, and overall appearance ; while half-round shapes provide good flow characteristics, square designs may offer a more contemporary look.
